Pricing questions

Do you bill for products that are blocked?
No. Tiers that include Local aren’t billed for it until it’s live on your profile. Google’s API approval is the gate, and it’s our problem, not your line item. Social costs nothing until it exists.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, any time, up or down. Founding rates keep following you; switching tiers never resets you to whatever the current price happens to be.
What does Agency white-label cover?
Your brand on the reports and approval emails your clients see: your name, your logo, our machinery underneath. It does not include custom domains per client today.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The listed price is the whole price: no per-word charges, no meters, no setup fee. A product that isn’t live yet, like Local, is never billed at all.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any time. Founding rates lock in for as long as you stay. Leaving is one uninstall, not a migration.
